The U12 Camogs have been chosen to play at Croke Park on Monday 8th August as part of the Caman to Croker programme.

The U12 Camogs match with Dromara was postponed.

U12 Camogs match with Ballela

The U12 Camogs match with Ballela was postponed a second time but they played Newry on Saturday winning after a great game with some fantastic scores.


Team: Cerys Finnegan, Teagan Bolton, Caitlin Small, Ella Small, Shannon Trainor, Annalise White, Annie McAleenan, Shannon Marie Morgan, Lauren Marsh, Ellie Morgan, Rachel Clarke, Amy Clarke, Darcy Speirs, Kelcie Curran.

U12 Camogs played two matches with Ballyholland and Castlewellan

The U12 Camogs played two matches with Ballyholland and Castlewellan.

 

They played Castlewellan on Saturday with a strong 22 girl panel. It was a tight game with the Kingdom girls winning the match 3-1 to 2-2 with scores from Caitlin Small, Rachel Clarke and Ellie Morgan. Lauren Marshe in goals played brilliantly under serious pressure with great defence from the back line. The girls displayed excellent camogie skills, with great striking, catching and blocking.There was great play from Darcie Spiers, Bobbi Jo Campbell and Tori Herron. All the girls played really well and they all got a run out. Although the younger girls may only have been on a short while they displayed great skill and confidence showing their training efforts are paying off. Subway player of the match Lauren Marshe   

 

In Ballyholland on Monday evening the girls played well but unfortunately lost on the night.
