This outdoor Coaches CPD workshop will take place in Burren on Tuesday 10th February at 7.30pm.This workshop will explore practical, on-field methods of creating effective systems of attacking play in Gaelic Football teams.This workshop is open to all Football coaches and is free of charge.

Youth Foundation Football Coaching Award - Fri 21st Sat 22nd Nov

Youth Foundation Football Coaching Award Friday 21stNovember (3 hour Child Protection) & Saturday 22ndNovember (6 hour coaching) @ Dunavil (must complete both to become qualified); everyone interested should contact Club Coaching Officer Seamus Curran asap as places are limited. 


This is essential for anyone without a Foundation Award and those who completed it a long time ago could use it as a refresher.

The Senior Football v Aghaderg did not take place as the visitors were unable to field a team on any of the three dates suggested.

Breakfast Club

An Riocht/Kingdom Outreach invites you to come along to the Breakfast Club for a chat and a bite every Sunday morning at 10.30am.

Bingo & Lotto

Bingo takes place every Sunday at 8pm and Lotto every Monday at 9pm

*We are hoping to form U17 traditional music and ballad groups over the summer with a view to taking part in Scor Na nOg in the autumn. So far there is interest from a guitar player and a flautist so if it’s something you may be interested in contact the Club asap or drop out on a Thursday evening..

*Female help (that’s grannies, mothers or sisters) is required with U8 Camogie (Wednesdays 6.30pm to 7.30pm) and U10 Camogie (Wednesdays 7.30pm to 8.30pm).


*Kingdom Car Boot sales start on Thursday 2nd July and continue each Thursday throughout the summer.

6.30pm P5/P6 Gaelic Practice; 7.30pm Reserve Football in Downpatrick; 7.30pm The Annual General Meeting of Kingdom Youth Club. The main purpose will be to elect a KYC Board whose duty will be to safeguard the interests of the members by ensuring that governance, premises, finances and leadership are fit for purpose; it is not Board members’ role to supervise activities on a nightly basis (though they may if they so wish). The Board meets once every six weeks; a role on the Board may suit an older person who wants to help but does not want to be involved on a daily basis or with face to face youth work, without a fully functioning Board in place the youth club cannot continue to operate.
