The U11 Football League finished on Sunday with a double bill at Dunavil; An Riocht Gaels lost to Ballyholland ‘A’ 5-3 to 9-12 and An Riocht Ogs lost to Mayobridge 2-5 to 4-6. There was plenty of good football on show with our boys tackling and passing most impressive.

The P1 to U12 Camogie Presentation Night took place on Wednesday past with each young camog receiving a memento of the season just past; also, as part of the Coaching Academy, young camogs were also presented with certificates to mark their individual progress on the Long Term Player Pathway. Thanks to the Senior captain Colleen Fearon, Junior captain Sarah Rodgers and Minor captain Tiarna Donnan for attending with their League trophies won this year and for making the presentations. The coaches who staff the Camogie Academy were presented with a framed SportNI certificate in recognition of their inclusion in the annual SportNI Coaching Awards.

The Mourne Youth Forum LOHAH group attended at Dunavil on Thursday past.

All club coaches are reminded of the St Columbans Coaching Day on this Saturday, to confirm your place contact the club asap.

The Juvenile Football (P1 to U12) Presentation takes place on Sunday 5th November at 6pm.
