On Wednesday 24th October the Club Comhairle review comes to a close with the third night concentrating on an overview to include Publicity / Marketing / Recruitment / Volunteering / Cultural / Club Maith & Any Other Aspects of Club Life You Want To Discuss. Anyone with an interest in the Club or who has missed out on these informative evenings is encouraged to come along to this final get-together. The new An Riocht Promotional DVD will be playing each night and tea / coffee will be available from 7.15pm.

On Thursdays at 8pm Cards -45- take place at Dunavil.

On Saturdays at 9.45am the An Riocht Social Initiative Gentle Gym in conjunction with Cancer Focus Man Alive and personal trainer Colin Quinn continues. New participants are welcome to join the gym project; it is not too late to join in. You do not have to have played Gaelic Games to take part in the Social Initiative. Also starting in November Man Alive will deliver personal development programmes on Tuesdays, more details later.

On Saturday 27th October An Riocht U14 & U16 will take part in Ballymartin tournaments.

On Sunday 28th October An Riocht hosts the Fr Davies Shield and Felix Darby Cup Finals.

Bingo continues on Sundays from 8pm and Lotto on Mondays at 9pm.

On Monday 29th October there is an Executive committee meeting at 7pm.

On Tuesday 30th October An Riocht Football & Camogie annual juvenile awards take place.

U8 & U10 indoor Camogie continues on Wednesdays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm; U12 indoor Camogie is on Tuesdays from 5.30pm to 6.30pm; U14 & U16 indoor Camogie on Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm; U6 indoor Gaelic is from 10am to 11am & U8 indoor Gaelic from 11am to 12pm on Saturdays; U11 indoor Gaelic is on Wednesday from 7.30pm to 8.30pm; U13 indoor Gaelic is on Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm, new players are welcome at all these sessions.

On Thursday past St Columbans played St Malachys Castlewellan in two matches at Dunavil.

On Saturday 3rd November An Riocht holds its annual sponsored trek at Kilbroney Park, transport leaves Dunavil 12pm, returning for 3pm for a barbecue. Family members are encouraged to join the young people on the trek. Trails of varying degrees of difficulty are available. There are prizes for all participants returning a card and special prizes for the first, second and third highest amounts raised. All proceeds go to provide young peoples’ activities.

Coming on Monday 12th November annual Club Mass for bereaved members and friends and on Wednesday 14th November the play ‘For Club and County’.
