  • Home Bingo Week 20 £200 Martin Small. Week 21 Home Bingo (red) is on sale now from
    Morgan’s Newsagents, McVeigh’s Costcutter, Rafferty’s Garage and Dunaman Food Store
    and a number of individuals. If you could sell as few as 5 Home Bingo each week it would be
    a tremendous help. Thank you for your support.

 

  • An Ríocht Executive Committee meeting tonight (Wednesday) at 7:30pm, we still have two
    vacancies on the committee Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer. If you feel
    interested in these roles and for more information, please contact
    secretary.anriocht.down@gaa.ieFull training will be provided.

 

  • Cash for clobber clothes collection, Grange Primary School raises funds by reusing your old
    clothes! Items can be dropped off at the school from Wednesday 8th June till Friday 10th
    June! Your support would be very much appreciated in raising funds for the school.
    • Anyone with an unused camogie/hurling helmet, the club would gratefully accept it to pass
    onto a child, so please give us a call if you can help.

 

  • An Ríocht will have a visit from the ‘Action Cancer Bus’ on Saturday 18th June, please contact
    Healthy & Wellbeing Officer Barney McCartan on 07871511369 for more information.
    • An Riocht will play in the Kilmacud Camogie Sevens in Dublin on 6th August.
    • An Ríocht Camogie Volunteer Recognition event on Saturday 8pm to 10pm, call in for a
    cuppa and a bite.

 

  • An Ríocht will host a primary school tournament on 24th June for those participating in our
    school’s outreach programme.

 

  • After a two year break due to the covid pandemic out Sharon Morgan (U16) & Patsy Conkey
    (U12) Memorial Camogie tournaments are on Sunday 26 June, with limited places available.
    10am start with final me at 2pm. Registration is £30 per team and £50 per club with U12
    nine a side and U16 seven aside. For more information or to register, contact

  • The 2022 Down Football Championship was conducted last Tuesday 24th May in the Canal
    Court Hotel, with An Ríocht winning the 2021 intermediate Football Championship
    promoted us into the Morgan Fuels Senior Championship Draw, we will play RGU
    Downpatrick and the Reserves will play Carryduff. Venues, dates and time to be confirmed.
    • Congratulations to Sarah Cunningham who won the second Down Monthly Draw conducted
    as the 2022 Down Championship draw at the Canal Court Hotel last week for the month of
    May of £200, and to Sean McAlinden & Brendan McVeigh (Junior) who won the £50 internal
    club draw!
