Clann Mhúrn Hurling

In 2023 5 clubs came together to form Clann Mhúrn (people of Mourne) Hurling club – An Ríocht, Atticall, Ballymartin, Longstone and Glasdrumman.

To date Clann Mhúrn have been able to provide weekly training sessions and monthly blitzes for primary school boys and have most recently launched a run of taster sessions for secondary school boys that has been really well attended.

Clann Mhúrn rotate their training around the five clubs and will soon be running a competition for school children to design their new playing jersey.

Clann Mhúrn have been very fortunate to have many guest coaches already including Ronan Sheehan, Oisin MacManus and Danny Toner.
