We are delighted to announce our latest Health and Wellbeing event “Your Mind Matters”! which will take place in Dunavil on Thursday 2 May at 7pm. We will be joined by Oisín MacManus (Sports Psychologist), Diarmuid McConville (Recovering Drug Addict) and Colette McBride (Cold Water Therapist) on the evening. This event is open to all members of our local community and our neighbouring clubs and is aimed at those aged 15+.

An Riocht musical youth group meets on Mondays at 7pm, why not come along and give it a try. Also anyone interested in drama – short plays, panto, sketches etc please come along on Monday 22 nd at 7.30pm as there are plans to stage a small production later in the year and we need to gauge interest.

The u14 Footballers won in Loughinisland, 4-7 to 0-4, while the u14 Ogs found Mayobridge a bit strong, 6-5 to 3-1, in horrible conditions on Monday.

At the u18 Football in Saval, An Ríocht quickly found their feet with an opening score from a Reece McLoughlin free kick and went on to lead 1:9 to 0:9 at half-time. Saval restarted well but Luke Rafferty and Dylan Marsh attack minded defenders raced forward setting up scores for James McComiskey and Ryan Campbell and the goals continued to flow from Daegan Cordell, Luke Quinn and Kacper Klimczak for a final score of Saval 0:12 An Ríocht 5:14. The u16 Camogs won in Mayobridge 5-4 to 3-7.

The Senior Footballers had Shamrocks as visitors on Friday past and emerged comfortable victors 1-13 to 0-7. Conor Clarke struck for the early goal that settled the team and some impressive point scoring followed. Shamrocks never gave up and kept faint hopes alive before Ronan McAlinden seen out the match with a flurry of unanswered frees.

The Senior Camogs match in Atticall and the u16 Footballers in Warrenpoint were both rained off as were the Premier Reserve Footballers game in Longstone on Saturday, the u12 Camogie Blitz in Clonduff, the p3/p4 Camogs game with Atticall, the Reserve Footballers home game v Bredagh and Sundays three u12 football matches at home v Longstone, away in Mayobridge and away in Shamrocks all went the same way.

Both the u10 and u14 Girls Football games were also called off.
