An Ríocht Health and Well Being committee would like to thank everyone who signed up to the Every Steps Count Challenge. We are delighted as a club that we finished eleventh out of nearly 300 clubs in Ulster with an amazing 16,037 miles and 105 club members taking part. We have club members reporting that they are feeling better after the challenge as they have increased their step count which is really what this initiative is all about. A massive well done also to Katarzyna, Conor and Leanne for their fantastic amount of steps over the challenge. Well done everyone involved. The most important thing now is to keep the steps up to help maintain a healthier lifestyle and to also help us feel better! Watch this space for loads of health and wellbeing activities in the year ahead.
