This Week’s An Ríocht Results:
The u14 Football Championship and Shield campaigns came to a close with losses away in Clonduff (4-13 to 2-1) and Bredagh (11-14 to 0-1), a disappointing finale that should not take the gloss off an excellent season with two teams fielded and playing attractive football. Practice continues on Fridays ahead of the Paul Farrell Sevens.
The p1/p2 Camogs enjoyed away blitz games with Atticall and Clonduff.
The u18 Footballers were much too strong for visiting Dundrum winning 11-16 to 2-10 to top their group.
The u16 Camogs made the long journey to Ballygalget and found the home side in top form finishing the
wrong side of a 7-18 to 1-3 scoreline.
The u16 Footballers cup campaign got off to a difficult start with a defeat away v Burren by 0-5 to 5-15.
The p5/p6 Camogs were in Killeavy on Saturday and enjoyed lots of friendly games.
The u12 Camogs latest Go Games fixture was away v Kilclief on Saturday morning.
Our p3/4 camogs and hurlers enjoyed a well-deserved break from training this past week and instead were treated to pizza, fruit skewers and an evening of colouring in and fun with their team mates! Thanks to thecoaches for arranging a lovely evening. The p3/p4 Camogs then enjoyed a friendly game with Clonduff on the Saturday.
The Senior Footballers proved much too strong for Atticall in the Intermediate Championship winning 4-14 to 5-5 at Glasdrumman.
