Last week our U14 girls continued their Championship run away to Carryduff. The previous week we
had a hard-fought victory away to Bosco. We had sort of been a second half team this season but not
against Carryduff. The girls played superbly from the first whistle to the last. 2 super teams played out
a great match. Carryduff really pressured our defence in the closing minutes, but the girls held on for
a great victory. Now onto the semi-finals. Thanks to the travelling parents, our coaching team, to the
Carryduff girls and the referee. We are so proud of this group. Keep it going girls. <Photo>
Amazing work from our camogs yesterday in Castlewellan’s Ellen Finnegan Memorial Tournament.
The girls were runners up in the plate final.
